I'm not going to pretend to be all cool and lie and say that I knew Alexander McQueen, because I did't, but even after his passing I am awed by how gifted of an artist he was. Yes, I mean artist, not designer. He was such a visionary and his creations are unparalelled. I was looking through some fashion blogs and I came across Fashionising and these gorgeous pictures from McQueens 2011 collection under Sarah Burton's watch. You should really visit this site and take a look through all of these amazing creations, like this butterfly piece to the left. Each piece just gets better and better and better!
